Title: Beautiful blonde streaks.
Review: I love this stuff and will buy it again. I had been to my hairdresser for highlights and when I got home, I realized she had used low light which was darker than I wanted it. I spent a fortune on the professional highlights and couldn’t afford to go back for an adjustment. I bought this product and cautiously applied it. My blonde streaks came out so beautiful against my brown previously highlighted hair. I will definitely use this again and again and I may even give up the professional service which is unaffordable.

Title: It works well
Review: This Balayage (or Quiet Touch I think it used to be called?) What I like with this product is I save money highlighting my hair myself over the last 30 years vs. going to a beauty shop. It’s easy to use and hard to screw up.What I am disliking a lot is that over the years I get an ever decreasing amount of product in the box these days. I have thick, medium length, layered hair. I used to be able to generously do all of it thoroughly with one box, now I only pick areas that show dark because the company skimps more and more on how much product you get in this box. Would have to buy 2 boxes of it to do it the way I used to.

Title: Highly recommended if you have some life experience
Review: I was opting for subtle highlights on my dark blond base. That’s exactly what I achieved. But I have had 20 years of practice dying my own locks in between salon visits to save money. I’ve made all the mistakes. But the good new with this is it’s totally customizable. Easy to brush on only the strands you want. I checked multiple times, some stands require longer depending on your depth in color of your base. Beware greyish strands develop very fast! So you need to know to be careful with your grey patches. If you test some stands and they appear reddish or super brassy reapply and leave on 5-10 minutes longer. Start with a few subtle highlights if you’re new to this. Perhaps highlight some underlying strands not on the tip top of your head until you know how your hair will react. My development time was 20-25 minutes on dark blonde. 10 minutes for greys.

Title: Doesn’t work
Review: This product just dried up and flaked off after it was applied. It did not even highlight my hair. This photo was after the full 45 minutes the instructions said not to exceed. This box also comes with such little product that I couldn’t do a full head of highlights on my thick hair.

Title: No more $$$$ and time at the stupid salon!
Review: Loooove. I was scared to color my hair myself (dark roots, but overall color was just fine). I believed the outcome would be blotchy/patchy and awful leading to me going to Walgreens® for some frosted lipstick, jellies and set up an interview for cashier at the Winn Dixie.I bought a box of this, brushed out my hair, “painted” it on my roots, waited 30 minutes, took a shower and BAM! NO MORE ROOTS!! No long hours at the salon and no need to change careers –I’m all set for business meetings in NYC next week.
