Review: It is simply a brow brush with color for my eyebrows. Clinique is a good brand, but as with many other products, it has been shrunk by rampant inflation now. The cost is less, but the product has only half as much as I used to get from the department stores. Everything else that is consumable has also suffered with shrinkflation, so I guess this brand is just like all other brands in that regard.
