Title: Not stretchy
Review: Looks super cute but not stretchy and the top park has a sponge that keeps going up when my baby sat down. When the dress arrived it had a black mark on the back so I would double check it when you get it. The big bow is not sewed on and you have to clip it on and if your not careful you can loose the pin because itâs somewhat small.
