Title: Works great in Europe
Review: This hair dryer works great and it was super easy to use in Europe. No need for switching any voltage changer, just plug in and it runs. It showed the correct voltage when i plugged it in in Europe and it worked exactly the same as when I tested it back in the States.And it is really quiet for such a small hair dryer.Also very easy to fold up and fits great into the luggage.

Title: It works all over Europe!
Review: I read so many reviews and wanted to share my experience with this hair dryer. It absolutely worked flawlessly in Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Switzerland, and the UK. You only need an adaptor (not converter) and the dryer automatically sensed voltage and worked the same as in the US. The indicator lights up green for US and blue in Europe. In both US and abroad, the dryer blows lighter than my regular dryer but gets the job done. Heat is good. I would say it might take an extra couple minutes but I would absolutely recommend this dryer. It folds for easier packing too.

Title: Decent travel hair dryer with one major flaw
Review: I purchased this blow dryer for a trip to Amsterdam, Scotland and Iceland. I have very thick, long, naturally wavy hair that I blow out straight. At home, I use a Dyson hair dryer, but they aren’t dual-voltage and I couldn’t justify the expense of a second one just for travel. In the past, I’ve tried using hotel dryers with no luck. They’re not powerful enough and my hair takes an insane amount of time to dry. I purchased this one because I needed something with some oomph that could handle my thick hair and not create too much frizz. Surprisingly, it actually works pretty well. I like that it folds up for travel, though it is a bit larger than I was expecting. I also like that it comes with a concentrator attachment, which helps greatly with frizz. It has a lot of power and good range of temperatures. I also like that it auto-adjusts voltage. (I previously had an older travel dryer that required manual adjustment for voltage and it never seemed to handle the high European voltage well, and started smoking during use on multiple occasions).The one MAJOR flaw in this dryer is the cord length. My experience traveling in Europe is that there are usually not outlets in the bathroom, and I typically have to find other places to dry my hair. The outlets are typically lower/closer to the floor (as opposed to counter height). I’m 5’8” and if I plug the dryer into a floor-level outlet the cord is barely long enough to hold the dryer above my head. I find myself having to stoop or find a chair to sit on so I have enough cord length to actually move the dryer around my head. Without this issue, I’d give the dryer 5 stars.

Title: Great hair dryer!
Review: Bought this to replace my old travel blow dryer. The first important difference was that it automatically detected whether to be 110 or 220. This was a big deal to me. It works very nicely, has both speed and heat controls and I like that it has the attachment to direct the air in one place.

Title: AMAZING TRAVEL DRYER!!!
Review: I love everything about this hair dryer. It lights up on the side what voltage is coming through (125 or 220) and you CAN use it across in EU/UK and places not using 110 without frying OR reducing POWER VOLUME and SPEED to dry your hair. Every “dual voltage” hair dryer I have ever had up until now with this one simply powers “DOWN” to HALF STRENGTH when running on 220 (which I hate because I have long hair and I cannot deal with how long it takes to dry my hair at such a slow, low speed). Most dryers promising “DUAL” voltage are fine on 110 volts in the USA but then they cut down to “half-power” performance in a 220 volt country and it is REALLY horrible and such a SCAM! That is why I love this hair dryer as it goes full power at 110 or 220 volts and there is a little light on the side telling you what volts are running AND you don’t have to “switch” anything to match voltage — you just PLUG IT IN wherever you are. AND it is compact as the handle bends. The whole dryer is ingenious and so appreciated. PLEASE keep making these. I will always pack mine in my suitcase!!! It’s even great at home too!!!

Review: This compact hairdryer did a fantastic job this past summer while I was traveling in Europe. I didn’t have to worry about the voltage, as it automatically adapts to the voltage needed. It folded up great and was easy to pack in my suitcase. I would use this dryer full time at home in the US, but I’m saving it for travel! Try it, you’ll love it.

Review: It works as far as heating up, and blowing. But, I was really disappointed with the amount of blowing power it offers. They state…”Specially designed for worldwide usage, the Conair 1875-Watt Worldwide Travel Dryer features Smart Voltage Technology to automatically detect and adjust to foreign voltage!” That may be true if you combine the CURRENT IN THE USA AND THE CURRENT OVERSEAS, but it most definitely does NOT give off that blowing power in my USA BATHROOM. It was DEFINITELY NOT at 1875-watts. More like 1600/1800 watts, if that. The pros are it does fold up, and is lightweight.
