Corsets must be worn-in gently. If you tighten them up too much too quickly it can damage the corset. When you first put your corset on pull the lacing so it fits comfortably and snug but not too tight, after a while you should feel that the material has stretched slightly/your body has got used to the fit, so you will be able to tighten some more, this could happen a few times until you have it at its tightest fit.

Title: Great corset, and Zipper makes it easy to get off fast
Review: I was hesitant about buying this corset because it was an Overbust. Now, I have nearly a dozen satin Underbust corsets in a range of beautiful colors, and I find that they really add that special something to an outfit (not to mention making my waist look killer!) But I always shied away from any full-length corsets because of my bustline. It always seemed to me that an Overbust Corset for those of us with larger breasts was like playing a game of “Squish the boobies”!I saw this one on sale and free returns, and decided to try it out. When it arrived, it looked so beautiful! I put it on last night over my black Boho flowy dress with cherries on it. What a beautiful accent this corset made to that dress! Once I got it on and started to cinch it, I was a bit disappointed that the top and bottom weren’t cinching very much but mostly just the middle. I wore it for 3 hours, and after a while was able to get things tighter and more evenly cinched. At the end of the evening, I finally got it as tight as I would like.I was pleasantly surprised at how it definitely was NOT squishing the gals, but mostly just forming a platform to support them. I was wearing an underwire bra under my dress, and it was totally comfortable the whole time. Next time, I might try a wirefree bra, as the corset supported them so nicely! I paired this with matching lingerie, garter belt and thigh highs. I topped it off with my black stiletto platform pumps.This corset was the cherry on top of my outfit, and made that outfit feel so much sexier than it would have on its own.My Underbust corset/Cinchers improve my posture quite a bit, but this one is so much longer. I felt really supported and upright in my posture. It was a really secure feeling as long as I didn’t need to bend over too far, lol! I didn’t feel captured or restrained, and still had surprisingly good range of movement and flexibility to twist and reach.The fact that this one has a Zipper makes it that much easier to get off in a hurry if you need to. Plus, my wife said something about “easy access” 😉

Title: Its a winner
Review: Very cute. I’m wearing it on top of a button-down shirt, but I think if I didn’t have the shirt, you would see my nips. I need to order another one and I think I’m going to go up a size. Overall for the price it’s a winner.

Title: Large at the top but fits body correctly
Review: I bought the green corset for a masquerade birthday party. I originally started with a 6XL according to my bra band size but soon realized I needed to downsize to a 4XL. I chose to stick with a 4XL because I wanted to be able to dance and do the scavenger hunt comfortably. In the 4XL, I had it tightened to as tight as possible and could still easily bend and twist. I maybe should have gone to 3XL if my aim was to actually wear a corset correctly.I am a 40DD or 38E depending on the style of bra and usually wear a 12/14 dress, 12 or 14 in Gap shorts, Regular 30 in Gap jeans, and a Large in AnnTaylor Loft t-shirts. I’m 5’4″ and weigh 200lbs fairly consistently. I have decently broad shoulders sitting at 17.5″ in width.PROs~ True to color~ Quality fabric~ Well-made for price pointCONs~Much larger at the top

Title: Not boned, not corset at all, just a corset-style top
Review: I knew the quality wouldn’t be great, considering the price, but I at the very least expected what wad advertised.I gained a lot of weight so needed something new to wear for this year’s Scarborough Faire; I love the design and color of this one, so I went for it.This flimsy thing was fighting for its life the whole day and barely made it through. It offers no support, so with the combination of heat, humidity, and my sweat, the top kept sagging more and more through the day until finally it gave up almost entirely. I cinched it like a proper corset and by the end of the day, my sides were marked and painful from the thing digging into me and folding on itself as I moved throughout the day.If you just need something pretty and inexpensive, this is fine, but unless you have a rather small bust, you’ll still need to wear a bra underneath or shape wear if you want to achieve a costume corseted look without spending money on and actual corset. If you’re hoping for an actual corset or boned bustier, do NOT waste your money on this, as it is at best a one-time use garment for maybe a few hours at best.

Review: If you have a bigger chest this may not work. It is flat from bottom to top and has no curve or cup to hold anything. It just bends awkwardly. It’s very cute though but just nothing for big chest girls.

Review: I loved the colors and quality, but the feathers on the bust did not lie flat they laid out and I had to put a should shawl thing to keep them laying down. I have a large bust, 40DD and the chest was still large on me. I wish I had ordered a smaller size.

Title: Great quality but the bust part fits weird
Review: Everyone and their mom has this corset and I took the chance to buy it as well. If you don’t have a very very large bust, than this will not fit you correctly so beware. It is very good quality but is confusing to put on so you will need 2-3 people to help you unless you have a few hours and tears of frustration to spare.

Review: The fabric and quality is nice for a basic corset, not a true one. However, there is nothing to keep the top covering your chest in place. It keeps drooping down with the weight of your chest, because there is no extra fabric for it to properly mold to your chest, and as I said earlier, this is not a true corset so the boning does nothing to try and keep things in place. The top buckles and bends over. Disappointing. Might work for smaller chest.

Review: This item is stunning! The gold is just absolutely beautiful in shade and colour and the material quality is excellent. However, the sizing is completely off and this happens way too often with these bustier. The size dimensions shown on the product description photo is based on the maximum size it can open NOT the relaxed size (or what is known as the natural size). This makes such a difference because the lace in the back is all the way opened to the widest setting rather than what is shown in the photo. I only have a 36″ bust and a 28″ waist and even following the product description and ordered a Large, it was too small. I’ve returned the item and ordered an XL which I hope will give me some more flexibility in the lace-up.
