Title: Total mess.
Review: Eyeshadows were nothing but loose powders when received. Some of the shadows were dark gray and it was a mess. It was mailed in a larger box to have just eyeshadow. The shadows were. Wrapped in plastic wrap and the box had paper to hold them in place but they should have been placed in the middle of the box with packaging all around it but sere placed on bottom of box. To big of mess to try and return.

Title: One section – Loose like powder
Review: Received. All was good except for one section which was all broken to pieces. I love this eye shadow and will continue to order. I was able to put the pieces/powder back in the section, and it may not look pretty, but I can work with it. I just have to keep the case level and be careful to not shake it. The other colors were all solid and good. I do recommend this product. I have this on a monthly subscription. I just hope more care is taken during shipping to keep it from being broken.
