Review: For under $10, this is a nice crystal headband tiara. This headband is nice for the bride, prom, costumes, and dress up. The metal is smooth. The crystals are clear. The crystals do not sparkle as much as I would like, but do have a nice jewel-like appearance. There is no storage bag included.
