Review: Listen up, this is the worst product ever created by a company and it’s being respectful criticism.This hair color damaged my hair so badly, it’s clumping, knotting up, tangling so horribly until I have spent two days trying to detangle it, googling instructions on detangling hair, tried all sorts of things, finally ended up calling my stylist for advice, she’s having me come in for evaluation tomorrow morning, but in the meantime I’m sending out my photos, and pray nobody else has to experience this painful situation.I’m so angry, upset, disappointed, depressed, frustrated, anxious, simultaneously stressed warning others!!I’m here struggling with conditioning, oiling, dehydration, detangling products, and am in tears right now waiting for tomorrow morning.I hate this product with a passion and to think I have purchased several of these products, but please, respectfully don’t buy this product!!I don’t recommend this product!!!I don’t trust the company to do anything about it because I was promised before from a company a refund after responding and they still haven’t responded yet with feedback.The might have to take it further if I have to cut it off!The white stuff is the detangling products…..Buyer Beware!!!
