Title: Very pretty, but very short! I’m using it for a longer shirt, not a dress
Review: I got this item with the intention of wearing it more like a shirt than a dress, so that I’d have a nice short-sleeved shirt for in-office work days. It really is pretty (looks as pictured in the listing), with a blue sheen to it when the light hits it. There are no sequins on it (like the item title says) – which I didn’t mind, because I didn’t expect it to, based on the listing photos (but wanted to mention it for anyone reading this, just in case). I’m not crazy about the included choker/neck band, but this wasn’t a big deal for me (not why I chose this product).This is just me personally, but I’m kind of glad I didn’t expect to wear this as a dress alone, because it is SHORT. I know everyone has different bodies, but this ‘dress’ falls JUST below my ‘underwear line’. If I bent over even a TINY bit (and was wearing no pants/leggings underneath), there would be my bum! Same goes for the front too – hence why I gave this review 4 stars. I know *I* intended to wear it as a shirt and not a dress (I’m wearing it on top of leggings), but if someone bought this intended for a dress they should know what they’re (potentially) getting into.Overall, I think the price is a little high for what this shirt/dress is… but it IS really pretty, and while I don’t look forward to potentially hand-washing it (I prefer ‘easy’ washer/dryer items, lol) and definitely wouldn’t use it for a dress (nobody needs to see my business, LOL), it’s still comfy to wear (not itchy/scratchy like it might look – it’s soft on the inside) and I look forward to wearing it for a long time to come!
