Review: I really tried to like this stuff. my first order the product looked like it had gone rancid, which i didnt really think was possible for something like this. they sent me a new one, and its the same thing. There are chunks all in the cream, it separates terribly, definitely not what i was expecting for this price point.then, my main problem, this is marketed as a make up remover, and cleanser- this stuff stings the crap out of your eyes!! when youre trying to use it to remove make up. it doesnt feel like it is cleansing at all, and feels like it leaves a film of vaseline on your face. dont recommend this product at all.would be interested to see if the product was different if i ordered directly from Dime.

Title: I love Dime but not this product
Review: I use almost everything from Dime but hate this balm! I use the Beauty Counter balm and itâs perfection! I wish Dime could make it more like that. This one is too thick and legit so hard to get off! Took me multiple washes! Hope they fix it!

Title: Product texture very grainy
Review: I opened this new product of Dime balm and instead of having a Vaseline like texture like in the pictures it was very grainy and dry. It looked more like an exfoliating product. Since I bought this during a sale to have for later, my 30 day return window expired. I reached out to Dime, hoping they could give me insight on the viability of the product or if they could exchange it and I got a simple short answer to reach out to whoever i bought it from. My two cents, check your beauty products before the 30 day return window closes. Amazon eventually worked something out for me but lesson learned.

Title: Worst Dime product
Review: I used the entire line. And the cleansing balm is my least favorite. It is just too firm, requiring you to mix with water to liquify it in your hands, and it doesnât spread well on your face. I much prefer elemisâ cleansing balm.
