Parents trust caregivers to watch and keep their children safe, but what really happens behind closed doors when caregivers think no one is watching? Dr. Phil is joined by families who claim they have experienced horrific situations at the hands of daycare providers. Keegan and Alissa say their worst nightmare came true when they discovered their 2-year-old daughter, Reign, was one of several children allegedly terrorized by several employees at their child’s daycare. Kimberly, who also had a child in the same class, says she doesn’t believe the owner is responsible. Why? In a different case, Ken and Kelly say a DCFS investigative unit contacted them regarding allegations of child abuse at their then-3-year-old’s daycare. Find out what happened to the owner and the teacher. Then, Dr. Cathy Grace and Dr. Kenya Wolff, Co-Directors of the University of Mississippi Graduate Center for The Study of Early Learning, say there is a childcare crisis in America. Dr. Grace says high-quality childcare is crucial for children’s social and academic development. Dr. Kenya says parents need to be informed about state agencies that can help protect their children.

  1. Those poor babies are mortified!! These people are absolutely disgusting and I hope they issued a no contact order on top of anything and everything else.

Her apology video and she can't even muster up 1 tear??🤬🤬

  2. I want to know why is this just now a big deal to speak up and sue when they said this has happened before for three years or three times(however long) why are they suing just now because the video went viral and they have more support behind them?

  3. I wish I could’ve saved these children. There’s a way to tell children right and wrong. Scaring children isn’t it. One stupid choice really ruined someone’s career.

  4. These babies were emotionally abused for over a year. Why wasn’t the owner there? The cameras did not work in the facility. She knew. I worked there years and she has never had cameras. Ultimately, the owner is responsible.

  5. The daycare workers are satanists. Thank God the children weren't killed. The owner was negligent in not staying on top of what was going on. The buck stops with her. The workers don't have the common sense to work with children.

  6. Absolutely the workers along with the owner is responsible. Any business owner is responsible for the implementation and overseeing those implemented rules. These are babies! The laws regarding daycare/childcare needs to change. The requirements need to be at, not only government guidelines, but at levels of federal, state and city. College degree in child development, care and regulatory demands upon licensing and operations obligations from ownership, management, and most of all employee need to be in place. Period.

  7. I worked in daycare for most of my adult life. Sometimes in Texas sometimes in Arizona.
I have seen even worse things than this and when I reported it I was retaliated against.

  8. I feel like people constantly underestimate just how bad people are behind closes doors especially to children. Ive witnessed a lot, only worked 1 week in a preschool, i was told “do NOT talk to any parents about what happens here, theyre dramatic and start shit” i seen a lot of things i wouldnt be happy about having happen to my children. From having their heads be sat on to not being able to eat it they couldnt open their lunch boxes. Spending a week in hospital when my son was diagnosed with diabetes and how nasty nurses were to a young foster care girl who spend most of her time there alone. We tried out a play group for autistic kids for my oldest and one boy in front of his mother was manhandled his hand shoved in paint then they were screaming they needed paper for his handprint, he was highly stressed. They told me once my son turns 3 i cannot attend and laughed. We never went back. People are far too trusting when it comes to their children. You can think everything is fine just like these parents but the truth is you have no clue, you arent there. And no body cares about your kid like u do, nobody.

  9. I live in the next town over from where this took place and it shook our entire community !!! I pray for these babies all the time that they will heal from this trauma!

  10. It just make me sick to my stomach 😞 when I saw this it break my heart and also seeing the little children horrifying the little ones. They going to remember for the rest there life.
