Title: Favorite eyeliner!
Review: Eyeliner works great and stays put the whole day. lasts longer than the rest of the makeup on my face! It is forgiving for a few minutes after you apply it so you can use the rubber tip to straighten out the edges. Also if you pull the rubber tip off it has a sharpener!

Review: I normally wear liquid eyeliner on my top lid but I use this on my waterline. It doesn’t stay ALL day but it still stays pretty well for using it on the waterline area. And it doesn’t smudge under my eye. Best one I’ve found so far.
