Title: Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Eye Cream
Review: *Update – I have used this as my only eye cream for the past several weeks to upper and lower eye area. I am pleased to say that I have had no milia. I noticed the eye area does look better on application. But I have not noticed any improvement in my fine lines.*Estée Lauder is a globally recognized beauty company for the brand itself and the many well known beauty companies it owns. And I was happy to try the Re-Nutriv eye cream.I started by running the ingredients list thru a cosmetics checker. And it scored very high marks for its moisturizing properties. But those come at a cost. It also scored a 3 for potential comedogenic properties and a 4 for potential fungal acne properties. That’s a lot higher than I like to see. And could mean milia.The cream went on lighter than I thought. It did not feel rich or greasy. It absorbed easily.It is also very pricey but you only need a small amount and so the jar should last a while. I hope they have small jars so customers can try it out before investing in the large size.I will have to give it time to see how it does but because of the potential pore clogging ingredients and the price. I was going to give it 3 stars. But my eyes really look brighter and fresher after applying due to the ingredients so I will give it a 4. If it transforms my eyes or if I get milia I will reevaluate my rating. I am looking forward to see how it does over time.

Title: Helps reduce dark circles and puffiness
Review: The Re-Nutriv Line by Estee Lauder is really great for aging skin (I’m 58). I’ve tried several products in the line and they are all fantastic. The Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Eye Cream is no exception. It is a rich, luxurious eye cream that goes on silky smooth and hydrates beautifully. The cream is dense, but it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. It absorbs quickly and I can feel a slight lift after applying it.I’ve been using the Re-Nutriv eye cream for about six weeks and I have noticed a brightening of the my ever-present dark circles and a bit of firming in the sagging eye bag area (also ever-present). I didn’t notice much in the reduction of fine lines, but I’m hoping that with continued use I will. I didn’t experience any allergic reaction or sensitivity to this product.This cream is not a miracle worker, but it definitely helps. And while it’s a bit pricey, you only need a tiny amount to get job done. The jar should last quite a while with once daily use. This is a very high quality product from Estee Lauder that I would recommend for reducing dark circles and puffiness.

Title: Pricey, But So Richly Moisturizing. Spoon is Slightly Inconvenient to Store.
Review: Even though this is only half an ounce, it is so richly moisturizing that just a tiny bit goes a long way, so it’s looking like this will last me a very long time. The texture is thick and silky smooth, but absorbs so quickly and feels so lightweight.Sometimes I get little patches of dry flaky skin on my face, especially if I have a blemish healing, and this works so well to hydrate the area if I use the tiniest dab of this eye cream, and helps the dry skin not stand out if I apply makeup on top.I like using the little spatula/spoon that came with this jar, although there is no space to store it inside the lid (like I’ve seen some other brands do) and the end of the handle is rounded, so I cannot store it standing upright. It’s small and I hope I don’t lose it. The little spoon helps me scoop out the tiniest amount, which smoothly spreads out to cover my entire under eye area; not to mention the little spoon helps keep any bacteria on my fingers out of the jar, keeping it more sanitary.I’m happy with how this has helped hydrate the skin around my eyes. I’ve definitely noticed my light “smile” eye crinkles have faded.

Review: it does not brighten up underneath my eyes. The Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv diamond transforming eye gel worked very well. I will make sure that I order the right product next time.

Title: Pricey but good
Review: My wife loves this eye cream. Thank goodness she doesn’t have to use a lot each time because it is really pricey for the amount that you get. I understand that this is a name brand product that has a reputation for marketing high priced products, but I feel that $171.00 (at the time of this review) is a lot to pay for only a half ounce of product. She says that the product goes on easily, is odorless and feels really good so she recommends it.
