Review: I was very happy with this dress for my son’s wedding. The fit was perfect (size 12 for 5’7″ 180). The deep color of purple was beautiful. Higher waist hides a little pudge.I did have to return the size 10. I see this item is “frequently returned”. I would guess it is for size and not for quality. I was very happy with this purchase

Title: I Felt Beautiful
Review: This dress was simply beautiful. I wore it to a formal banquet honoring local law enforcement. I felt beautiful. I was nervous because I am picky: I’m heavy chested and curvy, I wanted a dress that flattered me, but wasn’t like wearing a tent or made my chest steal the show. This dress held me like a goddess. I’m 5’1” about 160lbs. Size 14 fit perfectly. I get cold easily, this dress kept me warm, but it wasn’t hot. It was perfect. It is long, I didn’t have enough time before the banquet to hem it, so I held it as I walked so that I didn’t trip. I was sitting at the event most of the time, so it wasn’t a big deal, however, I’m going to get it hemmed for the next event. The fabric was beautiful, the navy blue color was beautiful. For an Amazon dress, shipped overnight, to a picky dress shopper for a formal event, this dress was perfect. Pro tip: I tossed it in the dryer with a damp wash cloth on medium for about 20 minutes and it came out wrinkle free and ready to wear. What can I say, I’m a woman on a budget with fancy places to be! Hahaha.
