After a fiery testimony in court on Thursday, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is expected back on the witness stand in a hearing over whether she should be disqualified from the Georgia 2020 election RICO case.

Originally, Willis intended to stay off the witness stand but agreed, following remarks from a previous witness who claimed her relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade began earlier than they had claimed.

DA said I'm able to explain my answers. She tried to clear her name as soon as possible. Ms Merchant was shook during her lawyer training.
Hello, there’s been so many illegal things happening in probate court for my dad’s estate. Lawyers were in cahoots. My lawyer won’t return my email. Shenanigans in a small town. I called probate to ask about filing my own objections and a request for change of venue. Receptionist transferred me to associate judge little did I know he had me on speaker and the judge was sitting in listening. I only realized it after speaking for about 5 minutes when she responded to my question about changing counties. (Crimes were allowed by my dads widow during probate) She interrupted me and said, “that’s your choice in response to my wanting to change counties. I asked who she was and the clerk said this is judge X … I was like ummm I think this is illegal and btw the conversation has been recorded. Smdh I need legal help in the state of Georgia on contingency please and thank you.

I would be angry and frustrated too. These lawyers are trying to create a case to delay the REAL trial- there was a conscious effort to steal the 2020 presidential election away from voters. DA Fani Willis is just doing her job. This has been a smear campaign just to tarnish her reputation. All the money she used was from her own bank account, not campaign funds. How she uses her own money and pays for things is completely irrelevant and should remain private. SHE is not on trial. This is just a delay tactic and tax payers should be just as pissed off as her. Just a reminder, she had to move out of her home because of harassement and death threats because she is prosecuting a case that is so significant to preserving our democracy. If anyone should be angry, it should be Ms. Willis and the taxpayer/voter. Let’s get to the REAL trial.
The courtroom has turned into a battle of which side can twist and manipulate the law the best. It's no longer about finding the truth, it's about finding loopholes in the law. This trial is spending at least 50% of the time arguing the law instead of the testimony and facts. This is why there are so many corrupt lawyers and clients. People do whatever the hell they want, and if taken to court, get a lawyer that doesn't mind bending the laws and make sure your judge is corrupt or at least recusable on many grounds.

Did Mr. Bradley put into evidence the letter of authority showing the exact date Mr. Wade acquired him as personal Lawyer to act on his behalf which invoke the "Lawyer/ Client privileges"?.
