Title: Close but not quite
Review: I love the idea of this but in practice it doesnât work well for me. First, the light mixed blonde color is a really close match to my highlighted hair but I wish they would offer a similar color that is slightly more ash toned and less gold. Overall though I think the color is passable. I like the size and style of the bun too. The problem is that the clip is just not big enough to securely hold in my hair. My hair is only shoulder length but thick – this clip doesnât quite contain it and you canât hide the clip since it doesnât secure tightly. Itâs very obviously a fake since you can see the claws. If I spend a lot of time and effort dealing with multiple bobby pins to secure and style it I can improve the look and hide it a bit but that seems to defeat the purpose and ease of a clip in messy bun. Also, the included elastic and few pins are nice but they are black! Why on earth wouldnât you include light brown or gold accessories to match the bun and natural hair? I think Iâll keep it for times Iâm not in a hurry and willing to mess around with it, but for me itâs not the easy style I was hoping for. Please make this in a larger clip or thick hair version and Iâll definitely try again!

Review: Nice size for a messy bun updo. I bought the color lt. Ash brown/bleach blonde. The brown was more golden than expected, and of course the Bleach Blonde was a little too yellow.This combo color used to match my hair, but Iâve gone grey with some silvery white in front. I wish they could make a scrunchie in med. grey/mix platinum blonde.Tip: I use hair color rinses to correct the yellow in these scrunchies. Helps a lot. âRiouxâ Silver Lining, is a good color to tone down the yellow. Just dampen scrunchie, apply hair rinse, squeeze well to mix it in, let dry overnight. Voila!!!
