You not smart , not good answer
1. Peru (great first answer 9.3, decent second statement with confident delivery but could be deeper for easy topic 8.7)
2. Mexico (decent first answer with good point and making sense but would’ve been better if her delivery was less hesitant 8.5, solid second statement 9.0)
3. India (good first answer 8.8, second statement too all over the place 8.3)
4. Brazil (lack of substance and not convincing first answer but she’s elevated by her naturally passionate speaking voice 8.3, decent second statement with very confident delivery 8.7)
5. Dominican Republic (overtime, not answering the questions 8.2, second statement not complete enough but calm and graceful under pressure 8.4)
Im from Mexico, and i wasn't convinced with her first answer, she didnt seem that confident, I think she wanted to show the judges she was capable of speaking english, but her last answer in spanish was flawless, if you know spanish you can tell how strong her answer was

Todas esas personas que reparten odio, son parte del porqué se hacen estos concursos. Porque hay tanta gente tan mediocre cuando todas las reinas cada año se parten el alma, cuerpo y mente para ser reconocidas como fuerzas. Una gana y el resto pierde, la disciplina de Andrea y su humanidad la hicieron ganar. El resto de chicas son joyas también pero la gente prefiere repartir odio desde la comodidad de su sofá y se vuelven parte del problema que representa la misógina, desvalorizar a las mujeres y minimizar sus esfuerzos

I cant believe she win. Hahaha
I think that people should pay closer attention to details in the very final statement of the top 5. If you see, yes Miss Peru gave an amazing answer with passion, but if you see her body language she was moving around a lot which is not necessarily bad, but if you compare with Miss Mexico she was super poised, confident, and projected much better. I think this to me shows she would handle hard interviews and situations much better under pressure because she doesn’t let pressure get a rise out of her…if you notice many past Miss Universe winners also have this quality, the ability to remain calm, poised, and articulate even in a tough situation.
The entire top 5 was AMAZING honestly but when it gets down to the wire, the judges will notice those details.
