I AM FROM COSMOPOLITAN METROPOLITAN MANILA AND ITS VERY RARE I VOTE FOR ANY CANDIDATE FROM THE SOUTH, BUT I THINK ON THIS OCCASION, THE JUDGES PICKED UP THE CORRECT WINNER. i WOULD ADMIT – JUDGES MADE A BIG MISTAKE WITH GAZINI GANADOS BECAUSE GAZINI IS EXTREMELY A POOR SPEAKER & IN-ARTICULATE. BUT THIS WINNER FROM CEBU CITY GOT THE COMPLETE PACKAGE OF HEIGHT, BEAUTY, SWIMSUIT, EVENING GOWN & THE "ALL IMPORTANT" Q&A. SHE SLAYED EVERY CATEGORY. THEY'RE ALL EQUALLY QUALIFIED BUT Q&A WILL BE THE ONE THAT WILL SEPERATE EACH CANDIDATE. THE WINNER IS DESERVING FOR THIS YEAR. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE PEOPLE FROM THE SOUTH.

It seems that winning best in swimsuit award is enough to win the title. But actual win is further cemented if the same candidate wins also the best in evening gown award. But who knows how the scores in these two segments are computed. It was not clear if those were just taken in the preliminary competition or if the SS and EG scores during finals night were even considered.

I haven't followed the pageant at all, but on that top 5 Cebu Prov and Taguig shined more than the others. I feel the winner was a bad move for the org. So I agree with your top 2, sadly we were wrong 🙁
