I'm sorry but she us right though !!!! Being emotionally not available doesn't mean q person isn't interested in dating ! When i first got divorced going through custody, true I didnt have men on my mind but i was excited to the idea of meeting someone and go out on dates !!! In my opinion, when it comes to relationship, family and Friends protect you way too much and always believing that they know what is best for you !!! I don't ever really on someone else's opinion and that's why I'm always upfront with people !!! I tell you I'm divorce but if i sit and have a conversation with you, it means I'm interested in getting to know you better and expecting you to chase me 🤣🤣🤣 bc that's what men do
Why are men sitting around wearing jeans with their knees out. During colonization, it was a legitimate reason why we wore our knees out.
Some people are sapiosexuals so I understand him wanting to get to know her first, however, this is a very stark case. I'm not sure about this one, as a sapiosexual person and my husband is one as well he still pursued so this is quite odd. But wishing them the best this wouldn't work for me. Incidentally my husband is also a Gemini and while his pursuit was odd and not what I'm use to it was not as dry as this.

I am in the exact same situation they were in NOW. I was having major anxiety because sparks were flying for months of no talking but short comments. He's so deep in the Lord, and I won't say his position in our church. I'm a new member there from July 2022, but I have had my strong personal relationship with the Lord since 2009. We have so many similarities but also some differences. This situation has taken me through so many emotions😱😭. God did speak to me after I asked him to just say Yes or No about this man being the one he chose for me. He said "Do not awaken love before it was time," Song of Solomon.
I see his Spirit, not his flesh, and God is showing me Everything about him. I feel like her when she said, "I'm not used to being ignored or getting mixed feelings to date. I literally stop talking to every man to get in position to be seen by him, meaning don't date anyone. Now I'm a Good Girl (Woman), but I never met a man who met All my prayer requests, especially mentally. I have come to a place to just move forward mentally and keep focus on my purpose because he's back in school and going so hard for God. He does not allow any temptations to take his attention away from God, and that was Me until I met him. I feel like I'm being rejected, and I would normally not pay men any attention. This is all so mind-blowing, but I do believe at the right time the Lord will make it happen, Isaiah 60:22.
So, I want to thank you both for sharing because I have more clarity on how to move forward. 🎊 CONGRATULATIONS & Blessings to you both!

I loooove this episode and this couple. I'm so impressed by how Marvin stood his ground on why it was important for him to be ready and approach her his way (not when or how it was expected). I admire how Deshauna is strong and still respects her man. Their dynamic is lovely.
