Review: I really like this color. I decided to “go red” after a lifetime of being blonde. Scared that I was going to mess up my first attempt at at-home dying, I read a million blogs/articles about dying hair red. I tested and tested.On the day I decided to dye my hair I had my preferred color in hand. I did a strand test. Oops, it was going to be wayyy too dark. I ran to the store and bought a lighter version. Again, it was going to be too dark. I ran to the store again and bought this color along with the Light Natural Copper version.After some experimenting I discovered that this color alone would make my hair bright orange since my hair was already so light. The Light Natural Copper would make my hair too dark. BUT by the magic of chemistry and color palettes, I determined that if I dyed my hair with the darker (Light Natural Copper) and then dyed it with the Lightest Intense Copper, I ended up with the perfect shade of light copper that I was aiming for from the beginning. I love my hair now and use semi-permanent colors mixed with 10 vol and heavy conditioner to darken it slightly as it fades between full head applications of this product.Now, when I use this Lightest Intense Copper mixed with some Dark Strawberry Blonde (another brand) on my hair it comes out looking natural and the perfect amount of “woah” copper without doing the two step process. Sometimes if I’m feeling a little less showy I will do this color and throw on a ultra light ash blonde with some 10 vol for about 5-10 minutes to tone it down but usually I just let my copper flag fly. I get compliments all the time and people can’t believe I dye my hair myself. I feel like a chemist in my bathroom and I am always trying out slightly different shades but this Lightest Intense Copper is a staple in my chemistry kit and color palette. I don’t know why I waited 30 years to have fun with my hair. So silly of me.This dye leaves hair feeling soft and not nearly as damaged as the horror stories I’ve read about on some of the other products that I almost used.Just be sure to condition, condition, condition no matter what when you “go red”. I just wish there was a color between this one and the Light Natural Copper. Like maybe a Light Red Copper. I think that would be a gorgeous color and closer to what I achieve with my homemade concoction.Anyway, thumbs up for this line and hopefully they don’t discontinue it anytime soon.

Title: Great color and my hair is getting healthier
Review: My hair is over 95% hard to color gray. The recommended 25-30 minutes has never been enough; I need 45 minutes, even when having it colored by a hairdresser. This is the second Garnier hair color product I’ve tried since starting to do it on my own to save money and hopefully get my hair in better condition, about 5 months ago. Both products gave me a rich looking color and did a good job on the grays and my hair feels a lot better than when I had it done by my hairdresser.The first one I tried was Garnier Olia Oil—my hair was pretty dried out and more oil sounded good. It did a good job with the color, but the bulb-shaped applicator was too large for my hand making application both awkward and messy. It also required a great deal more product on the hardest to color areas around the temples. My hair was definitely getting healthier using this versus having it done at a salon.This Nutrisse version uses a regular bottle-shape for an applicator and comes with the developer already in the bottle. Squeeze out the color crème from a tube and fruit oil from a small plastic pack. The bottle opening is not as large as the one on the Olia, so you have to be more precise when adding in the other ingredients, but this bottle is great deal more narrow and easy to grip for both shaking and application.It truly is a non-drip formula and I didn’t have to put nearly as much product on the temple area to get the color to stick. My hair feels better each time I color; approximately every 3-1/2 weeks if I don’t want to look like a skunk.Okay there is one area that I’d like to see an improvement on and it’s the size of the gloves. My hands are on the short side of medium and the glove’s fingers are almost ½” too short for me. This makes it uncomfortable when first starting out. Not sure if the gloves stretch out or you just forget about it and don’t notice it any longer when concentrating on the applying the color.Of the two Garnier products I have to say I like this one better. And the savings for doing it myself when factoring in the tip is roughly $750.

Review: Really happy with the products result, I thought I might still see my roots but no it blended nicely, I have no idea how people are getting grey or lilac colours and my hair is already died blonde and has highlights.The pictures I have uploaded one is almost all natural hair colour as you can see it’s dark hair the other is after I dyed my hair.

Review: I would recommend this product to people,but i am going for the peroxide next,i have always had my hair highlighted up until about twelve years ago.It is really dark,and i have never liked the colour.I never go to hairdressers.I cut my hair ,its short,and ,yes the back aswell,thin it out ,wash,blow dry .The hairdressers always made a good job of the highlighting ,but the cutting and blow drying they always made a pigs ear of,so i would go home and do those two pieces myself.Anyone thinking of bying this product go ahead because it does exactly as it says on the instructions.You get the colour you want.My hair though is slightly too dark for this product.Regards.Lorraine Lyons.
