I had a creepy experience with a cop over 30 years ago. He parked his car near me while I was walking and pointed at his privates very slowly. I remember his face to this day.
I ran as fast as I could and called the police..They didn't respond that well since the complaint was about a local cop that they knew. However… but they were going to talk to him. He couldn't be arrested because he didn't physically harm me. 10 months later the same cop came into the counseling center where I was working..He was forced to participate because he had assaulted 2 teenage girls ((probably did the same thing to them that he had done to me ) But not all cops are creeps ..remember that too.
