Review: Swish Swish Swish my granddaughter loves this dress. It is flashy and makes fun swish noises. She looks so cute and fancy with her sequin dress on. She has very sensitive skin so I have to put cloth on her chest area when she plays in this dress because she gets irritated easily. The colors is like an oil slick.
