Title: Seller contacted me and fixed the issue – Doesn’t turn on
Review: I’ve had this for just over a month. I’ve had it on the charger and all of the lights were lit. When I unplug it to use it it doesn’t turn on. I’ve done this several times in the last month and it has never turned on. Of course now that I’ve gotten frustrated enough to give up on it it’s past the return date.EDIT: I have changed my rating on this product from a 1 star to 5 stars. The seller contacted me and told me that you have to hold the power button on for about 5 seconds as it has an anti-touch control. They also offered a refund or replacement if that did not help the issue. I did not see this anywhere in the booklet, so maybe that could be add in the future to avoid my issue.I used the product today and I am excited to see the results after a couple of more uses.

I am getting my face cleaner, and have scraped out all kinds of white/blackheads. I love the feeling that I get after using toner and scraping the gunk out of my face. It’s the same feeling I get when my esthetician sucks the gunk out of my face. I also love the hydration steps, I can see my eye cream working in real-time during Step 3.As I will reiterate from what someone else stated in another review, if you do not have a consistent face-cleaning regimen then this tool is NOT for you. I’ve been following the same steps using the Clinique 3-step system for the last 30 years. Review: 1. YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE POWER BUTTON DOWN TO TURN ON.2. It automatically turns off after 5 minutes as per the manual.Like many others, I thought my product was broken but you just have to hold the power button down longer. Not my favorite, but I get it.I’ve been using this 2-3 times a week for almost a month and haven’t had to re-charge it yet. It is magical at pushing out blackheads etc, my skin is the best its been in a long time. This is like having an at-home facial. I’ve also noticed my skin is more glowy after I use it to put on my serum etc.The only complaint is that the options (cleaning, ion+, etc) aren’t in the order of the cleaning regimen so it takes a lot of time and reading the manual over and over to figure out which is which. It’s basically just not the most user-friendly design, but considering the cost I can overlook that.The other thing about this tool (and any tool like this one) is the noise is really painful if you try to clean around the eyebrows or upper nose.I’m really happy with this purchase. This will save me a LOT of money on blackhead products and facials.

Review: I’ve ordered two of these . Obviously I like the product; however they both died within one year of use. Trying to decide if I’m ordering a third… I suppose it’s cheaper than a facial but seems like product could be made to last longer

Review: I would deff use this product with Beauty Joseon Glow Serum : Propolis + Niacinamide… wash your face then use the serum… let it sink in for 5 minutes and use the tool. It literally took all my blackheads and whiteheads out. It doesn’t last very long. So I would deff get two of these!!! My skin is sooooooo smooooth!!!

Review: I use it for my son who have locs, his hair and scalp had soooo much build up it was crazy. I was able to lift all the dead skin very easy with out his hair having to be moist but when I did wet to hair it melted litk butter. Only concern was the vibration kept setting my alarm off in my house. It replicated “glass breaking”. Other thank that great and price was great too
