You can't compare a multicultural country like USA, Canada etc. with Countries with their own unique culture like countries in Europe, Asia, Africa etc. To do something American would sound like doing something what the Native Americans did. So why does Miss America need to be white, isn't that more of Miss Europe?

I am Indian, and all I have to say is YAY!!! Miss America is about individuality not just being American. I think it is so cool she did some Indian things. No more hate though! I really don't like it. It's not nice and it does not reflect you as a person. There is a good in everybody, so stop being racist little farts and be nice to everyone no matter what race!
