Review: The Julep Cleansing Oil & Pimple Patch Skincare Duo is a great set – the cleansing oil is really nice – pleasant scent and light, works well on my heavy SPF! I have used and loved Julep products before – I have not had a chance to try out the patches on a blemish yet (a good problem to have!) but will update once I do!

Title: Gets the job done + Travel-friendly
Review: The Julep Cleansing Oil & Pimple Patch Skincare Duo is a great kit for at-home or on the go. I love that the cleansing oil bottle sits just under TSA guidelines (3.38 fl oz). I’ve been taking this everywhere I go and it’s worked well on my combination, acne-prone skin. I love the orangey scent of this oil, but those with sensitive skin or sensitivity to fragrance should be careful. The cleansing oil does a good job at dissolving my makeup and emulsifies well with water. It’s a good makeup remover and can be followed up with a cleanser.The patches have decent adhesion and work ok. They’re not the best patches I’ve used and their efficacy is just alright. I tend to use this to “cover” and protect rather than expect them to greatly calm my pimples.Overall, if you’re looking for a nice travel set, the Julep Cleansing Oil & Pimple Patch Skincare Duo is a nice choice– as long as you don’t have sensitive skin.

Title: Works for me
Review: I am very careful with what I put on my face. I have allergies to ingredients in a lot of facial cleaners. Or it’s too oily and I will break out. This makes my face feel fresh and clean and has not caused any breakouts! It’s on the pricey side though.

Title: Not for sensitive skin
Review: I wanted to love this, but they put orange oil in it. That is really irritating to my sensitive skin. The cleansing oil does seem to work well, better than a lot of tried lately. I just feel the orange oil makes things too irritating and drying.The current price is $29.00.

Title: Does not break my skin out
Review: I like this cleansing oil because it does remove my makeup didn’t break my face out and my face feels really moisturized I have oily skin so I was worried it would be too oily after using this but I did not have that problem, I do use a regular cleanser after using the cleansing oil. I really like the pimple patches but they don’t remove the pimples overnight they only make them smaller, the patches are really thin they must be pressed into the skin for a bit to make them a little less noticeable I don’t wear foundation so you can see the little circles on my face but I don’t mind.

Title: Good Product
Review: The cleansing oil is very good at removing makeup and water resistant sunscreen. I needed 4 to 5 pumps. I followed up with my regular cleanser and I was happy with the results. I haven’t used the pimples patches because luckily my skin is in good condition at this time. I am not sure why these two products are offered as a set because it limits the number of customers who want one or the other product. It should be the oil and a cleanser. Considering I pay a much lower price for a bigger bottle of cleansing oil (Bioderma) I don’t think I would get this again but it is a good product.

Title: convenient duo
Review: Iâve used and liked other Julep products, so I was excited to try this new duo. It includes a cleansing oil and acne patches. I wear minimal makeup, but the cleansing oil does a good job of removing it. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized without stripping it, but I feel like itâs not quite strong enough for my skin, which tends to run a little oily. Iâve only used a few of the pimple patches but have found them to work as well as other brands. Fair value for a convenient duo.
