Transgender can join, but never an ultimate winner. If they will place, it's just a sympathy placement but an organization will never make them an ultimate winner.

Tita I feel like the interview shouldn’t be centered on how she transitioned. I think story should focus on how she will be an effective Ms USA representative if she will the Ms USA. It’s very sensitive to talk about it especially in an interview like this. Every other states here in the US has
different laws about it, and im sure other countries too. I just wish na hindi doon yung naging direction ng interview. nakakasad lang na i have to stopped watching after 25mins…

From the looks of it she is a far better candidate than Bea Gomez. She is an absolute stunner and smart to boot. If this is the caliber that Miss USA will send to MU 2021 they have a great chance of clinching another crown.

She's very pretty with great bone structure – in my eyes, definitely more female in facial features than Angela Ponce – and, from this interview, one can easily gauge her high intelligence and clear self-awareness. She only needs to develop more oomph in delivering her thoughts and not to come across as too younger-millennial chill. Other than those, she'd be a great and history-making Miss USA 2021. Good luck and I hope she achieves the success she deserves!

Kataluna rocked it at preliminaries! She can really pull a historical win for the USA and harbor a representation moment for Filipinos–especially of the LGBTQIA+ community! Tita, don't forget to also root for other Filipina delegates at Miss USA, such as Miss Iowa and Miss Washington :), and Miss Utah Teen USA competing to be Ki'ilani's successor! Amazing strides for Filipinas abroad the beautiful Philippines.
