Review: Waterbank is SO light and watery and HYDRATING. Water is the most important ingredient in good moisturization. I use many watery, essence-type products. Be sure to use a heavier moisturizer on top to seal for night time or use under makeup. Cool and refreshing, not sticky or greasy. Skin is left so soft, plump and smoothe! Lightly fragranced-this product is an excellent value for the high quality.
