Review: I have been using this product for over a year and have been able to tell the difference in my nails in particular. I had been using a product that didn’t have keratin and didn’t get the results I was looking for. This product has both the biotin and keratin needed for healthy hair, skin, and nails. When I use this product daily I have much less trouble with brittle and cracked nails.

Review: My hair had become unbelievably thin, and fragile. In so many ways. I have been taking this for about a year or so now. Desperate to try to have healthy hair again. I use great salon products, so that was not the issue. I have been a vegetarian for close to 20 years now, so that may have caught up with me a little bit. After about a year or so of continued use, I can honestly say my hair has grown in alot thicker, and I definitely think overall – I just have more hair. If you are experiencing any hair loss, or thinning, or have any issues, I do recommend trying this. Also, best to stay away from the bleach, and the heat tools for a while. Good luck!.
