Title: Customer service from Virmee. Often times the product is great but Support sucks. Not Virmee!
Review: IT was a gift for my son. He loved it and bragged about it, my husband got interested. We had an issue and had to contact Virmee. The support was excellent, really exceeded my expectations considering it was not a high priced product. Ordering one more item very soon. Note: I left “Longevity” review empty because to be an honest review, elapsed time should be greater than a couple of months.

Title: Arrived broken up and unusable
Review: This item arrived with the make-up completely broken up in pieces. I am assuming maybe it was old, dried out and broke apart. I didn’t open it, but the cover is clear and it looks like it exploded inside. Apparently there are no returns even though the seal is still on it. Waste of money. Won’t by make-up on line again.
