Title: So crumbled that half of it fell out upon opening
Review: I love the matte finish and the feel of the eye shadow. Unfortunately, the eye shadow did not survive the trip to my house. Much of it had sifted out the sides so that my hands and my lap became covered in eye shadow before I opened the safety seal. Because of this, I was very careful as I opened the eye shadow. Despite this, chunks fell everywhere because the eye shadow had migrated to the sides and the lid of the container where the base and the lid meet. The mere opening of the lid was enough to free the “drifts” of eye shadow so that 1/3 of the container fell out. If it sticks to eyelids as well as it sticks to my pants, couch, and rug, it should be longwearing. (If you get this, open it up over a table or go outside.)Unfortunately, this item is apparently not returnable. Or, if it is, it will involve some research as to how to go about doing so. It doesn’t show up when I click the “return or replace” tab. Moreover, the only reason I added this to a subscription was to get the 15% off but I did not receive a 15% off discount because my five subscription items are on different schedules. It seems that I have to cancel all my subscriptions and re-do them at the same time for them to count as five items.

Title: high pigment
Review: This gives a good strong pigmentation, but I feel like it goes on a bit splotchy. Just not as smooth as I would like. I think there are better eyeshadows on the market. It;s not terrible, it’s just not may favorite. The formula is soft just doesn’t go on smooth enough for my preference.

Title: Wow! Perfect shade!!!
Review: It seems the vendor and price vary depending on what color you buy. I got “mix and matte” and it was safely wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded envelope, so it arrived safely. This color is a PERFECT match to brighten my fair skin tone. I can apply this, and it literally takes YEARS off because my eyelids have become discolored with age. This saves me the step of concealer or base. For everyday, I do a quick swipe, and it just brightens up my eyes. I look totally refreshed. LOVE IT!! Also, these are a velvety powder formula, very easy to work with and layer with my favorite eyeshadow brush. Some are matte, some have shimmer, depends on color. Obviously, “Mix and Matte” is a matte shade. Lasts all day even without a primer. Love it!

Title: Good matte base color but does not apply well!
Review: Very disappointed! This shadow is a near perfect matte off white beige shade that is great for a base eyeshadow for fairer skin. I have small hooded eyes & it really opens them up when applied onto lids. A thin eyeliner at lashes is highlighted well with the soft matte shade.But, it does not apply well unfortunately! I use my normal eyeshadow brush & have tried light to heavy strokes & everything in between. It refuses to go on smoothly & doesn’t wear well throughout the day. I have tried it dozens of times without satisfactory results, trying to be able to provide a good review. I use a lot of L’Oréal skin & makeup products with awesome results, but not this shadow, so disappointed!

Title: Simple, great color, nothing fancy!
Review: I like to use a simple cream eyeshadow for highlighting or just by itself. This one has been great! I’ve ordered it twice now. It is not anything fancy, but for the price, I really like it and haven’t had any issues! It goes on smoothly with a brush and stays on for most of the day.Edit: **I have now received 2 more of these and they both arrived broken and messy! Good product, but I’d recommend purchasing in store.

Review: I’ve been using Bare Escentuals Vanilla Sugar for my base for a few decades, love it but now I’m in Canada and not as easily able to buy it so i tried a few other brands and colors. This one is absolutely a win for my light NC20 skin tone. It’s similar to Vanilla Sugar but not as yellow which makes it perfect for me. I also use it under my eyes to keep my eye makeup to keep it from running and as a highlighter. It’s subtle enough and super smooth, it’s almost like cream but better. I also started using this lightly over my concealer to keep it in place. I used the BE Well Rested before but again due to being here and not having easy access I had to find a replacement. It’s a fantastic eyeshadow and I really want to try the other colors as well.It’s the smoothest I’ve ever used. I received it in a box, no bubble wrap but luckily it came undamaged. Even if it was its ok as I’m accustomed to using loose eyeshadows. I can’t get it locally, it’s never in stock so I took a chance, glad I did!

Review: I have been using this for years. I apply a light coat to my eyelid befor any eyeliner or eye shadow. I find it helps to lift up the lid just a bit as I cannot use the eyelid gel I use to use re allergic reaction. It keeps my eyeshadow in place.I was really glad I could still get it.
