Title: Great for Sensitive Skin
Review: I am the person that looks at a bottle of Maybelline and breaks out. It’s true. Everything in a bottle gives me PTSD lately because one wrong move and I’m facing itchy, red, and pus-filled acne from a reaction. I have contact dermatitis and I’m allergic to things like air (just kidding), dust mites, seasonal plants, and so forth. My dermatologist just told me that people with my condition can even be allergic to fluoride toothpaste!Bottom line: I had almost given up on ever being able to wear makeup. I’ve tried all the beauty counters in all the high end stores and just ended up returning the expensive so called hypoallergenic makeup. It all made me bust out in the evil red acne rash.Then a light bulb went off one day. I realized that Neutrogena was something I could wear because I always wore it as a teen with no reactions. So I got the Neutrogena mineral powder and surprise! I didn’t break out. But, mineral powder makes anyone above 40 look more wrinkled, so I wanted to experiment again–this time with products I knew were safe for me. So I realized one of my favorite products was the micellular water from Marcelle so I looked to see what else they had for craptastic skin like mine and lo and behold the BB Cream!I was a bit hesitant to use this, so I got one of those sponge makeup appliers and sat there learning how to use that (I know, funny—but remember I can’t wear makeup so everything is new to me!). I applied water to the sponge and then rung it out. I didn’t want to touch my face with my hands, so I was trusting the sponge would work better. I applied it very lightly to my face to see if I would end up with a break out. Nope!I did make sure to wash my face completely before bed and go through my normal cleansing and moisturizing routine. The next day, I applied it again. No itching, no redness…nothing. Just clear skin.I will say that I probably need to still add a moisturizer because in some areas I’m really dry (in my photo–under my eyes needs some help for sure). And it isn’t always full coverage so if you have a red bump or two, probably use a primer. It does cover very well in other areas, but for me, I think I need to do a little extra. I’m also not sure if this shade is correct. It almost seems too light for my skin tone. But overall, I’m happy with it.I also always make sure I wash everything that touches my face and I try not to use my hands. I also don’t use any kind of wiping or gliding motion. Instead, I just blot the liquid on my face. Hopefully, this has helped someone like me who struggles with dry skin and needing non-comedogenic makeup so they don’t break out.I’m so happy I can wear makeup again!

Title: Better than expected
Review: I was looking for something to replace the BB Crème I was using that was no longer available and stumbled upon this makeup item. I took a chance based on the reviews. I absolutely love it. I love the coverage! Feathery light and smooth but looks natural and gives great coverage. Nice price point. I will continue to purchase.

Title: Very sheer and matte!
Review: After trying numerous BB creams, I tried this one based on the reviews. I am a 50 something woman with a not so great complexion. This is too sheer for me, but I use powder over it to help that. It also can settle into fine lines. The good part is that is stays matte and for me that is awesome! No shiny face within a few hours of using it. I’ve had no skin reactions and it will last me a long time. For the money I’d say it’s a good purchase.

Title: Holy grail product
Review: I received the Marcelle golden glow BB cream as a sample, and I loved it–but it was too dark for my skin tone. I took a chance and ordered this product instead, in “fair.” For background, I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and melasma. It’s hard to find a product that looks light and natural but also evens out my skin tone. This product does just that, and I was thrilled. I love the texture, I love the result, and I was impressed with the staying power. It doesn’t completely cover pesky blemishes, but nothing a touch of concealer and a light dusting of powder can’t fix. It makes my skin look natural, like my best skin. I would recommend this to anyone.

Title: Dry, cakey, no coverage
Review: This stuff is awful. I wanted light, moisturizing coverage for my slightly dry 38 year old skin. First off, it provided zero coverage and went on very dry. I tried adding another layer, and what “color” there was was just this gross cakey stuff that clogged up my pores on my cheeks, and I don’t have large pores. Returning for a refund. Boo.

Review: I love that I can order this product off of Amazon. It is always perfect. It has SPF and leaves my skin not oily and I donât even need to use any kind of compact or powder whatsoever. The product is amazing all by itself.

Title: Compared to Dr. Jart Gold BB, this one wins, hands down.
Review: Sheer with medium coverage. Feels very moisturizing but not greasy. Great to have SPF high in a BB cream. Must use powder if needing a more matte or refined type look. I use Elf HD because itâs the exact same as Make Up Foreverâs HD powder. Color is very adaptable. Not at all pasty or chalky. Layer concealer OVER this BB cream. Feels better and has better coverage than Dr. Jart Gold BB cream.

Review: I am South Asian, on the lighter side, and the colour match was perfect. Since it is quite sheer it is very natural looking but provides little coverage (like expected). It covers redness quite well and is lightweight but it dries matt and I like a more dewy look so I like to mix in a few drops of a face oil before applying. Also, it sits nicely on acne/ does not irritate it.

Review: I love how easy it was to find the right shade, this BB cream goes on my skin like it was made for me. I use my fingertips or makeup sponge to pat all over blending in lightly. I usually just wear the BB sans foundation with a little blush, mascara and maybe some lip color. Review: I ended up returning as I found the product became oily on my skin after a few hours. I’d say it is more for dry skin type. The overall coverage was okay (not full coverage), I did like how it was very lightweight and the color matched very well but was not for me in the end. Review: I’ve been using this cream for years and I like how it feels on my skin. It does not cause breakouts and is hypoallergenic. It blends well and feel like nothing on your skin but in the same sense it moisturizes really well. Highly recommend for a light base tint moisturizer. Also recommend the one with SPF and the cc cream!
