Review: First of all the seller is fantastic. They are a good source for finding the makeup product you loved but not available in stores any longer. This eyebrow pencil has a brush on one end and a soft retractable thin pencil on the other end. It goes on easily and lasts the entire day. The seller sends out your order very quickly. Title: Being discontinued? Favorite brow pencil
Review: I’ve used Anastasia, MAC and other department store brow pencils. This one is my favorite and the blonde shade is natural looking and perfect for me. It’s retractable, doesn’t smear and is easy to work with and blend. I purchase this at Target or here on Amazon if it’s more convenient for me. I haven’t been able to find it in Target over the last year, and I notice the price has risen significantly on Amazon. That’s usually a sign a product is being discontinued…hope not.

Title: Great blonde color. Perfectly thin and precise pencil.
Review: In search of a good eyebrow pencil for blondes, I’ve tried a lot, from expensive makeup counters to drugstore makeup aisles, and by far this is the best one in both color match and functionality. The ultra-thin twist-up retractable wax pencil draws very precise thin lines in the perfect shade of a very, very light taupe-ish brown, or dark taupish blonde, depending on your perspective. The brush on the opposite end does a great job combing the brows as well as softening and blending the lines drawn by the pencil, which are so thin that it’s almost unnecessary to blend them out. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is how quickly the pencil runs out, both because it’s not very long and because it’s a slightly soft pencil, causing its length to run down quicker than a harder pencil. I don’t wear makeup every day, so I can only estimate that if you use this pencil daily, you’d probably have to buy it every 3-4 weeks. But the quality, color, and extremely affordable price of this Maybelline Eyebrow Pencil is worth it.Once when my local drugstore ran out of this pencil, I had to quickly find a substitute and bought a different one, the Maybelline New York Eyestudio Brow Define and Fill Duo, which I can also highly recommend. The wax pencil is the same as on the Brow Precise Micro pencil in this review, but the side with the brush is replaced by a filling powder on a soft sponge applicator tip. The powder tip does a great job filling in thin spots and is the same great shade of blonde as the pencil. Title: The brush is the key!
Review: I’m a reluctant user of eyebrow pencil, but the outer halves of my eyebrows became very light as I got older, and it bugged me. After trying half a dozen different pencils & powders, this is the easiest one to use! The brush at the end is key. I can make a few strokes in the general outline I’m trying to achieve, fill in just a bit, then take the brush and stroke it downward and upward across my eyebrow to soften the lines and blend the pigment across the eyebrow area. After a little practice, it’s really quick to use, and that’s important to me — I don’t like to fuss! My eyebrows stay darkened until I shower. I’m not using it to create precisely outlined, very dark brows (although that seems to be the current fashion, and I think this pencil would work well for that technique also), but rather to add just a little suggestion of darker color.

Review: It applies nice & I like the shade. The only draw back is it runs out so fast. There isn’t much pencil but you can’t see through the applicator to tell. I only use a little and it just about lasts a month. That’s the only reason for 3 stars.

Title: My new favorite over YBF which I’ve used for years
Review: I was honestly afraid to choose the Blonde shade as I’m a bottle blonde and my brows are medium brown. I love this, even more so than the brow pencil I’ve used for years, YBF, which is sold on HSN, and previously QVC.This is a very fine pencil so you can’t twist much out at once, otherwise you’ll break the tip off. I extend it barely over 1/16″ of an inch at a time, then twist it back into the pencil until next use.This lasts all day! And it looks very natural.In my photo, the YBF pencil (top line) is supposed to be a universal taupe. I think the Maybelline Blonde shade (bottom line) looks even more taupe than the YBF pencil. Plus the Maybelline has virtually no “flaking” as you can see with the YBF pencil.

Title: Save your mobey
Review: I bought two of these eyebrow pencils less than 2 weeks ago. They were both defective. They contained a soft pencil that breaks with the slightest touch and there is barely any quantity inside the dispenser. I literally got just 3 applications with one pencil and the second one is just as soft as the first. I won’t buy this again- a total waste of money.

Review: Ya había comprado este mismo lápiz en otro color (café oscuro) y me enamoré de él, por lo cual decidí probar esta versión. Lamentablemente, este color es muy oscuro para mí ya que no es un negro ligero o grisáceo como yo esperaba, sino que realmente es muy negro. Aunque se difumina con facilidad (al igual que los otros colores), es demasiado fuerte para mi gusto y solo lo recomendaría a quien realmente tiene el cabello muy oscuro. En todo caso, la fórmula sigue siendo muy buena ya que se aplica con facilidad y es de larga duración. En resumen: recomendable como producto pero no como color.
