Review: I bought this because I needed a waterline liner that doesn’t irritate my eyes. It did exactly that and it stayed on so well I actually couldn’t get it off… I used makeup remover and you could still see it there. It was super easy to use and had a smooth application. For $7 that’s a great deal.
