Title: Been buying it for almost 8 years and it’s the best out of every product I’ve tried
Review: Compared to any other gel eye brow formula this one is the best and the only one I trustI’ve been using it since 2017 but I have to order iton Amazon because department stores no longer carry it. Title: Bad quality/product
Review: Chunky and dried out. This is the 2nd one I got as a replacement since my 1st one was the same exact way. I normally use this product and love it and it’s never like this. Not sure if bad batch or bad seller, I’d just it get somewhere else to be safe.

Title: Great product but…
Review: **Update** I noticed I was still within the return date window when I wrote this review. I figured I would try and see if there was anything Amazon could do for me even though I had already altered the product. Well! Customer Service was amazing and they gave me a refund without me having to return the product. Thank you Amazon! I used that refund to try a different auburn color brow product.This has been my go to product for a long time. I usually purchase it at a Target or Walmart and it does a fantastic job at filling in my brows and staying strong the whole day. The reason I purchased it from Amazon this time is that I have been on the hunt for the auburn color to match the color of my dyed hair and cannot seem to find it at any of my regular stores. I was so happy when I found it on Amazon and purchased it immediately. Well, this one appears to be old and dried out or something because the product won’t stay on the applicator. It seems to be stuck inside the container. I even added inglot duraline into the container to try and get it to work and it works for a day or 2 then it’s back to being dry. I can no longer return it because I added product to it so I’m stuck with it. The image attached shows that it comes out in clumps and does not stick to the applicator. I have to use a brow brush to dab from applicator to get an even application. It sucks because it was not cheap.

Title: It WORKS!!
Review: I have looked and looked for a brow pencil that would stay on my brow line. I have paid a lot of money on expensive brands and this is THE ONE!!! I don’t have any air on the ends of my brow so I have need a product that stays on my skin and this is the ONE. It stays on for days! Thank you Mabelline!!!

Review: My sister recommended this to me, and I foolishly ordered two of them before trying it. I ordered an auburn and a dark brown. The auburn one arrived today and I made the mistake of applying it just before going out for a special occasion. Firstly, instead of auburn it was jet black. Secondly, whilst it dried fast it did not peel off as it was supposed too. I was left with two horrendous looking eyebrows and no time to sort them out before I needed to leave for my own birthday outing. Several hours later, I managed to remove it completely with miscellar water (so it definitely doesn’t work well as a tint). I will be going back to what I used before. I understand I cannot return this one for hygiene reasons as it has been opened (although the fact it is a completely different colour to what is advertised should surely make an exception). However, I am really annoyed that I cannot return the second product that hasn’t even arrived yet so certainly hasn’t been opened. What a waste of money! Avoid.
