I think the MUPH thought the designers are in abroad and theyโre the bestโฆโฆ itโs not trueโฆ..the one who did RโBonneyโs gown was a local designer in Manilaโฆโฆsimple but very sexy and super bongga. Hope Jonas Gapud learned that the gown that Michelle will wear must be laced and no linings. It must be body hugging designs.
