Ms. Thailand chick's rudeness in jumping at the chance to flirt with him when asked to meditate is vulgar as is bringing this up now, with his success. Beautiful on outside but tacky/cheap on the inside. Even if he was interested in her, she wasn't even respectful of what she was invited to do. It was something Apo clearly takes seriously. Lesson to all out there – if you like someone, don't play silly games and take an invite for what it is, i.e.seeking common value/interest.

Yeah Apo gave me the vibe of someone who doesn’t like people complementing his looks too much and superficial people. He seek deeper meaning and rich connections.

Though numerous fans ship their relationship, I still think they are good friends. They do have many body languages, boys (I refer to young men or men are still in playful age) do always do it to close friends. Their vibes seems to be romatically involved, however it might be an actual fact that they are at switiching stage , which I mean switching from young playful age to more mature age, they still have the playful behaviour addition to a deep sentimential/thoughs.
Though Mile is older than Apo, his background let him see a different world in Apo and others, it gets him close to them. Apo is his partner in the film, they have to build up trust and partnership in order to get their characters work, deep relationship/friendship develops certainly.
To some extent, I still cannot exclude a possibilty that they are in fact romantically involved, however, they are still not like that to me.
