Miss America 2006 Pageant Preliminary Talent
Thankful for a good closing night in talent. This was the worst year in talent next to 1998. The best – South Carolina followed by TN, RI, ME, and IN.
Boy, just got through two nights and I hope night 3 is better than the other two. Not a good year for talent for sure.
Besides the stage in Atlantic City, I think this has always been the most beautiful stage for Miss America. It was so elegant and personally I loved the circular runway. Almost better than the long runway in AC. Just my opinion.
I will have to admit that Kristi Glakas did much better in preliminary talent than on final night. But, it still wasnāt great.

Preliminary talent winners were Oklahoma, South Carolina and California. California didnāt make top 10. I really liked Miss Arkansas talent! Wish she would have gotten to sing it final night on tv. She only made top 10……top 5 only did talent.
