Pretty winner but Texas is gorgeous
Remember, a lot of the score comes from the preliminary competition where Oklahoma did very well. Her personal interview was one of the best and I'm sure that impression stayed with the judges. Lauren may not have won the talent portion but she was a well-rounded contestant who did win the swimsuit competition in the preliminaries. I do not for a moment think a) one judge made a difference or b) that Susan Powell was biased in any way. She just simply isn't that kind of person and I hate that some have questioned her integrity.
What happened to the first two talent performances by Miss Texas and Miss Georgia?
Miss Texas was robbed ! She should have totally won not 1st runner up.

So the judge that asked Miss Oklahoma a question was a former Miss Oklahoma/Miss America winner. You have Miss America 2006 (a former Miss Oklahoma) crowing Miss Oklahoma the winner of Miss America we have here… I am getting a headache.
