Utah, Arkansas, North Dakota, Louisiana, and Virginia (in that order) were my faves. Despite Utah’s win, she failed to crack the Top Ten.
Should have been a 3-way tie for the winner: No. Dakota, Texas, and Utah!
Texas must have botched her interview because she was great in all stage competitions. Shocked she was not in the top 10.
What a shame that she fell, because no matter how you look at this, she was fantastic and one of the best tap routines I have ever seen in any pageant.
She’s right up there with Linda Mouron (CA 76) and Cheryl Flannagan (NY 80).
Paula Montgomery is quite impressive! A true standout!
