– Sam steps down and then Gretchen and the board take over.
– Then next thing we now Bye Bye swimsuit because of the MeToo movement.
– Unfortunately, this happened right before girls were walking into interview and
– Then that didn’t go over so hot, now the board is saying JK it was ABC who told us.
– 3 Board members resigned and as they are filling those spots the state directors signed a document saying that they no longer have confidence in Gretchen’s leadership and that they want her out.
– Oh, and PS Carly Mund is being mistreated. So we are really angry.
– Then the board comes back with hey look at all these Miss America that supports Gretchen
– Then one of the Miss America’s on that list, Miss America 1962, says Ummm you never asked me so please take my name off the list.
Why it’s important. You are going to get asked about the elimination of swimsuit in interview if you compete in MAO and I foresee this being an onstage question too.
