  1. Since you mentioned "separate but equal", how about colleges calling for all black dorms. Isn't that as exclusionary as "whites only" drinking fountains, etc.

  2. This is the problem when you make gender a protected characteristic . Sex has an objective definition and vis immutable. Gender is continually being redefined and is not immutable . Biological women are going to have a hard time going forward as gender and sex continue to clash

  3. That the crux, and reason for the objections… biologically male. Identity goes not make it a scientific reality. Just because you change the facade does not change the chromosome foundation.

  4. Transgender is s personal preference, like what a person wants to eat or drink. I like chocolate milk so I should sue? Role playing is acting. Go to Hollywood and be whatever you want, but don't expect everyone else to believe your beliefs. Quick before you change your mind. You might want to be a dog, but that's your business.

  5. If biological men only need to ā€œidentifyā€ as female to be in a pageant. What are the guidelines for Ru Paulā€™s Drag Race? (A VERY POPULAR show, that has 12+ successful seasons! Among other similar shows trending)
Iā€™m ā€œtechnicallyā€ a woman. But what if I say that I identify as a man who likes to dress like a woman? Or at this rate, they canā€™t even assume my gender without that being a hate crime!!
You think my competitors who need to tuck their stuff would think thatā€™s fair? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Whereā€™s the line though?
Itā€™s all bonkers, and ultimately selfish. I have no problem with people being ā€œthemselvesā€ but the golden rule should be applied to all. I wouldnā€™t consider it fair to use my advantages of being a beautiful, talented woman, with FEMININE FEATURES to enter in a drag competition. Iā€™m sure I wouldnā€™t be welcome!! So how is that equality?
Might be time to start giving people a taste of their own medicine! If Iā€™m denied access to be a drag Queen, Iā€™ll sue!
If I enter, Iā€™m pretty confident Iā€™d win!
If itā€™s deemed unfair because I naturally have boobs (donā€™t need to stuff my bra), and donā€™t have to hide anything else to be in a tight dress or swimsuit… perhaps thatā€™s what needs to happen to make these wackos admit that there ARE differences in the gender you are born with!!! If Iā€™m not allowed in their contest, but they can be in mine, thatā€™s only intrusion, not inclusion! Canā€™t pick and choose per convenience.

  6. Would anyone watch a beauty pageant where some contestants could be born male? šŸ˜† I think they had to dismiss this case.

Rob still needs to learn more about the various transgender conditions but this video has no where near as much misinformation as any MAGA media I've seen on this subject

  7. You cannot find anywhere in the constitution an exception for commercial speech or association. The exception is an unwarranted invention of earlier supreme courts. This case is the kind of thing that happens when you tamper with the these rights. 1964 Civil Rights Act was fundamentally unconstitutional as applied to private entities. With a little imagination, its aims could have been achieved, even in the private sphere, without watering down the 1st amendment.

  8. I think itā€™s not biased; itā€™s true, Miss Universe for women is for women. If the transgender person wants, they also have their competition; itā€™s not nice for us, even born women, to share that we are equal because weā€™re not. I have two gay sisters, one transgender person, and one is a teacher. I understand you guys, and that is selfishness. We are women and not transgender; itā€™s quite a significant difference, you like it or not.
