Venezuela was undeniably the real queen of the competition! She should have made it to the top 5 and could have possibly taken the crown in 1999. Somehow, the judges were undeniably bias to her during the last 5 interview competition. I loved this Miss Universe. Can't hardly wait for another Miss Universe in the Caribbean. Dominican Republic should be the host for 2010!
