Thessaly Zimmerman was crowned Miss Universe Aruba 2021 on 30 July 2021. She is a beauty queen from Oranjestad, Aruba. She speaks English, Spanish, and Dutch. Aside from Aruba, Zimmerman also lived in the Netherlands. In July 2013, she represented Aruba at Miss Teen Americas 2013 in El Salvador. She was runner-up to Fulvia Villarreal of Panama.
From 2014 to 2020, she attended the University of Applied Science Utrecht in Utrecht, Netherlands where she earned her bachelor’s degree international communication and media studies. From 2016 to 2017, she studied music marketing and management at the university. In July 2020, she started working as a receptionist at WOW Amsterdam in Amsterdam.
In December 2021, she will represent Aruba at Miss Universe 2021 in Eilat, Israel. If she wins, she will be the international beauty pageant’s first titleholder from Aruba.

As what I observe now for Aruba's placement in Miss Universe 2021, I think there will be 4% for Aruba's TOP 10 placement, 1% for TOP 5 placement of Aruba, and 75% for Aruba's UNPLACEMENT.
