I have a doubt… Some of em move their hips sooo less (like nadia) and some move more (like ind) so whats correct? How do they get placed wiht such kind of walk? Or boht r correct or it depends on the gown? And also whats mu type of walk?

I get that interviews play a vital role, but how bad was Miss Argentina's interview for her to not make AT LEAST the semis?! She was flawless all throughout.
Loved Argentina. Loved Spain. Wished Team Belgium had gotten Kedist a better, fitted gown. My ultimate sentimental fave of the Class of 2021 has to be Morocco. Just loved her energy.
Personally, I really loved Miss Spain, but the makeup was too much. It was too thick and made her beautiful face even more sharp. A lighter makeup would've been much better for her.
Nevertheless, I did like her performance, and a lot or people were shocked she didn't get called for Top 16. Hence why she's our newly elected Miss El Tocuyo 2021 🙌🇪🇸✨ #LoseWithVictory

Morocco was absolutely a standout to me- especially in that gown!! I'm glad that one of the experts finally saw the magic that I did!
Edit: she was actually designated as Miss Morocco at the last minute as the reigning queen apparently suffered an accident.
She was sooo elegant and regal in her performance, I hope she goes to Miss World next year!

I had to dig my prelims list when I heard you mention Morocco and Equitorial Guinea. My thoughts back then was "why can't my friends & family see what I saw"? Thank you, that just proves I am no looney… lol

7:10 I wonder if a simplified terno would work on a Miss Universe beyond the national costume competition. The two contestants for the 2020 Miss Universe Philippines who wore a terno looked good in it but unfortunately didn't make the semis.

Chile did not placed because of her attitude behind the stage or Scenes what you say. Even Miss Great Britain did mentioned Chile was one of the contestants who was not good with her and same was said by Miss Morocco as well. Even after the competition , she said bad things about Miss India as well. Similar observations were said about her back when she competed in Miss World Competition as well. There also she went unplaced.

I'm in love with the gown and 50's style of Miss Argentina. She reminded me of Linda Carter or another Hollywood's actress. Absolutely gorgeous and elegant woman.

Bea gomez gold gown had tribal beadings , it was definitely filipino designed gown

I don't know why Belgium didn't make it to semifinals she is great, I wish she competes in another pageant. The same with Spain.

This time I have to share a different POV with your sentiment on Morocco’s dress and this is purely constructive as I still love you! I think representation is so important at MU that it’s important we embrace all types of beauty in its purest form. We shouldn’t encourage contestants to “water down” their expression of culture to fit A western understanding or standard of dress or even make up. Actually I feel the exact opposite, if you’re going to use a gown that’s cultural , go 💯 and make the judges want to educate themselves on its significance and meaning and also want to broaden their views on what is beautiful. And finally I have to add when I saw Morocco I didn’t just see a beautiful Moroccan dress but a beautiful Moroccan woman.

My choices for evening gowns presentation who impressed me were BELGIUM, BOLIVIA, CANADA, MOROCCO, ROMANIA & SPAIN.
I don't judge them on their dress. The dress can be a showstopper but the girl have to present it well.
Maybe they didn't do well in closed door interview you may have the best walk and dresses but if you don't do well in closed door interview you won't make l know Spain, Belgium, Namibia did better than Singapore, Great Britain and Japan in swimsuit and evening gown that's why organisation like Miss South Africa, Miss France,Miss India and Miss Philippines are now focusing on advocacy and interview skills instead of catwalks that's why their candidate are always in the semifinals

Dani good review!!…I heard that Spain got a little too nervous at the interview, but this reminded me the unplaced of Nepal last year.!both of them were outstanding at their preliminary and didn’t placed at their final.
