I just don't see how much different Miss Bolivia is compared to Miss UK, yet Bolivia gets ranked Group 3 but the other gets a measly 2. Last year, Miss Philippines was ranked 5 before a readjustment to Group 4 which seemed more suitable. This year Miss Cambodia was ranked in Group 4 when she could objectively be placed in group 5 with ease. Are you loosing your touch, Seng? Everybody should be ranked 3 if they're not clearly higher, but hey, you're the one who gets to decide. Sometimes we'll disagree. Thanks for sharing though. I still enjoy your effort.
