Kathleen can become Miss Universe Philippines, but she’s still the reigning Miss Eco International 2022, so I think it’s best to wait until her reign is over and then she can compete at MUPH
And as for Praveenar Singh, now that MU is now allowing Married women and women with children to compete, she will be a threat to others if she decides to compete at MUT again
