This is also an attractive blonde/blondish female. I have no idea, why are these national costumes needed for a beauty pageant. Perhaps, to extend the show, to make the show longer, to use-up airtime, etc. The main idea, is for these women/females, to fully show their face, hair, body, curves, legs, minimally dressed, without being considered naked, while being acceptable for showing on public TV, etc.
I actually think she didn't over do it and wore something that you will see people wear although in an older variation of this.
Like for example i saw a bunch of other costumes and the Ukraine one is literally cosplay. Not a single person in Ukraine has ever worn wings as a traditional wear in history…. Like wtf. And everyone who busted out a prop behind them like a map SA, or a giant puppet version of themselves, wings…. I really doubt your traditional wear has all of that. It should've been a modernized version that still reflects the original not straight up cosplay or a drag queen/pride costume.

Само искам да дам отново идея за роклята, такава красива роза имаме като Роза Дамасцена. Може да се направи красива рокля от апликация с рози. Розови и бели рози(Rosa Alba). Каква гордост. Имаме какво да покажем пред света.
this is pretty tame comparing to traditional Bulgarian clothes. They didn't do it justice I think.
