Miss Universe Philippines 2021 is just a few weeks away and there are so many surprises in store for the fans. This time the organization asked each candidate to submit a photo showing their best ”swimsuit” shots. The Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Candidates certainly did not disappoint, since creating this Top 15 List was beyond complex and I feel like there are so many more candidates that I wanted to add to the list.
