My over all reaction in this years MUPH coronation night :
1.The stage design is not that vavavoom, but I like the simplicity. Good thing hinabaan nila ang runway. The lightings and camera angles are better than in preliminary as well as the performers..(nag iba lang yung hitsura ni Francisco Martin, mas pogi sya sa American Idol) 😁😭😅….
2. Napaka stunning and gorgeous ng mga Miss Universe hosts, especially Pia nanglalamon,, how I wish kasama din sana si Cat
3. I love the wing costume, parang victoria's secret fashion show
4. The tallest Miss Ilocos sur(Jewel) is a surprise
5. The frontrunners are consistent talaga, lahat pasok,, I think walang el tocuyo,,, I'm happy for Julia Saubier being able to enter the top 10, mas ok na yun kesa sa BBP stint nya. I love the look of Cebu province(Lou), finally nakuha na yung right make and peg for her.
6. Celeste is a total package,,, she performed well in all the segments, very deserving, though it's a very tough game talaga,,,, kasi lumalaban talaga ang mga frontrunners.
7. I'm a bit disappointed with Taguig, she's able to give good answer sana sa final QnA but sana tinapos nalang nya ng konti kahit naabutan sya ng oras.
8. Pasay and Bohol dapat ang top 2 instead of Makati,,,,,,,Albay or Cebu City dapat nasa place ni Taguig.
Wishlists for comeback:
1. Pauline should try again, may ibubuga talaga sya. Sana manalo na sya next year. I want her for Miss Universe or Miss World. Pero Miss universe talaga sana

4. Baguio
5. Palawan
Hi tita .. si Jhufel po from Chicago. I admit that I am sad. i was hoping that a Cebu girl could at least get in the top 5. I know , I know .. Chantal’s gown might have hurt her chance of advancing.. haaaayssst! The show was a success overall, the outcome was indeed a high definition. Congrats to Celesti ! But !! Eto na yung my not so positive thoughts about this edition. 😁.. if the winner was to based on the top 5 Q and A .. Pauline should have won! she had the strongest answer of all and i felt that …that GRIT and that passion to try it again . Then I truly feel that Chantal and Julia got robbed as best in swimsuit and best in evening gown respectively…I mean, baby, you cannot and nobody can clock Chantal’s body and Performance! You just can’t !! So what can I deduce from this ? There might have been a favoritism from the get go … i mean Makati didn’t even answer the question . 🙄… And Celesti was quivering the entire time .. ok , if she will represent us in the international arena this year she needs to work on her , first her body , coz she’s not best in swimsuit, period! second, her com skills , coz yes she can communicate in English , but she needs more substance. Third she needs to work on her confidence and lastly she needs to veer away from the Barbie barbihan template coz there are and there will be a lot like her this year and therefore she needs to pull off a standout and different look. Harnaz was already the Barbie template and miss universe loves to change things up. So there you go tita. yun Lang po.. hehe.. mabuhay po kayo tita lavinia ! The best pageantry content creator in the universe !
Celesti Cortesi is a huge upgrade to last year winner.
It's a very tough competition,,, deserve namn din talaga ni Celeste,,,, but na sasayangan ako kay Pauline,,,, mas very strong yung comm skills nya actually,,, body issue? Not a problem, pwede nman yang ma transform,,, pero yung utak ang hirap ma transform yan,, look at Pia ang laki din nya nung nanalo sya sa BBP…. Lastly, I preferred Albay or Cebu city sa place ni Taguig…..tsk Tsk Tsk… sadyang iba iba talaga ang taste ang mga tao…I hope Pauline will try again next year,, but it seems like she's in a wrong pagaent body,,,, she can join Miss World PH or BBP,,, pero if gusto nya talaga ang Universe title she should keep on trying until mag succeed sya.

Parang mga foreign sounding lahat ang surname ng nasa top 5. We watched here in North America and awaiting for a pure blooded Filipina beauty but sad, no one. Anyway, congratulations to the new Miss Universe Philippines.

Natural, di pinapasok ang mga best speakers dahil magmukhang kawawa ang Pasay sa Q&A, eh ang dali2 lang naman mga questions nila, puchu2 questions…..di naman ganon questions ng actual MU..pahirapan yon di ganon mga Marites…..wala nga sa top 3 si Pasay sa Q & A, excuse me hirap na hirap syang mag English sa totoo lang, kailangan pang hilutin yong dila niya para tumuwid….whenever she answers the question her tone of voice is always jittery, neurotic…ang Top 3 in Q & A ay ito lang yong totoo:
1) Chantal Cebu City, 5'10"(German English Interpreter, linguist speaking 5 languages, Law student with excellent accent bet British and American accent)
2) Julia Albay, 5'11" (has Master's degree in China, with very good American accent)
3) Vanessa Ilo2 Province(law student, very articulate in public speaking)

Each Representative of the Philippines, all Filipinos should be Proud of all our Queens whoever wins the crown dapat wala ng Bashing … Tama na nakaka hiya na sa buong mundo na mismo mga Pilipino pa ang hihila sa kapwa nila pababa character na yan mostly ng mga Pilipino instead na suportahan nila sila pa mismo ang mauuna manira ng kapwa nilang Pilipino.
The overall production of the show was amazing! Iris, Demi and Pia were great hosts. Loved all their outfit changes. Only small complaints… show seemed very long and some of the camera work was annoying. Example … as the contestants in swim were coming out there was already another contestant was right behind on camera. Not able to concentrate on individual girl and too short of time on each girl.

What I like about Celeste’s answers are all coming from her heart, damang dama mo yung sincerity na parang may story telling at value achu-chu-chu na binigay kahit simple, it didn’t sound na nag papa impress very true and natural lang..And thats what made her Q&A stand out..Plus nalang yung Stunning Awra nya and personality na parang pag tinignan mo sya parang ang bait-bait nya at ang sarap makasama at makausap…👏🏼🇵🇭
Congratulations to the girls! I was rooting for Annabelle Mcdonell she’s very underrated and a Miss U caliber as well, she’s the little Catriona for me but in a different way of course. Very raw, elegant and intelligent. But I’m also happy for Celeste, bellissima! 👑 though she’s umay for me kasi ang daming ganyan na Mukha didto sa Europe.Happy husband ko kc Italian din sha. 🤣 Hopefully celeste will place in MU. Celeste deserved the crown in terms of overall average of all performance. Michelle’s performance was lackluster prelims and finals, I would have placed her on 3rd place. Pauline is unbeatable in Q&A time and again but her styling has always failed her. This year her styling and choice of colors dimmed her beauty and created constant shadows on her face. She can win MWP without a sweat and land top 12 in MW (MW is prejudiced against Miss Philippines).She can easily win Miss Earth the local & international crown, and she can win Binibining Pilipinas International without a sweat and potentially the International crown.
