MUT can not cut down the numbers of delegate as your suggestion. 'Cause this year , for the first time, the Selection system of participants is like Miss USA selecting the entrant from States, all MUT delegates will represent their respective provinces (Thailand has 77 Provinces). And this year , MUT 2023 got 53 licensing PDs (province directors) who have to select their delegates for joining the pageant.
